Why register?

How do I create an account?

Creating an account is simple. Please refer to the following steps to create and account:

  1. Click “Log in”
  2. Enter a valid email address then click “Create an account”
  3. Enter your information and click “Register”

Please ensure that the email address you use is valid. It will serve as your login ID and you will receive all your email notifications through the said email address.

How do I change my account information?

You can change your account information by logging into your account and entering the “My Personal Information” page located in “My Account”. Please note that for your security, you have to input your password before you can make changes to your personal information.

What do I do if I forget my password?

To get a new password, click “Log in” then click “Forgot your password?”. Enter the email address you used during registration and click “Retrieve Password”. A password reset request will be sent to your email address. Click the password change verification link in the email and a new password will be sent to your email address.

   

Ordering

Do I need an account to order?

You do not need to create an account to check out your order. You can use “Guest Checkout” which you would encounter during the check out process.

How do I order?

Ordering is easy and simple. Please refer to the following steps to order:

  1. Choose the items you wish to purchase and click “ADD TO CART”.
  2. Once you have finished adding all the items, go to your cart and click “CHECKOUT”.
  3. Review the summary of your order and make any changes that you need. You can also input a Discount Voucher if you have one available. Once you’re ready click “Proceed to Checkout”.
  4. If you are already logged in, review your delivery and billing address. Otherwise, you may either login or use the Guest Checkout feature.
  5. Enter your Billing Information and Shipping Address then proceed to choose from the available Shipping and Payment methods.
  6. After completing your payment, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.

What payment methods can I use?

We mainly accept payments through Paypal/Credit Card and Dragonpay. Please note that Dragonpay is only available for customers from the Philippines or customers with Philippine bank accounts. We process Credit Card payments through Paypal.

Please contact us through the email address customerservice@eljansports.com if you are having trouble with the payment methods or you wish to inquire about other possible payment methods.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel you order anytime before the order has been shipped. If you wish to cancel after you have paid for your order, please contact us immediately through the email sales@ejansports.com or the phone number (632)990-1656. Please note that we are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Other than the Philippines, our website can process online orders to selected countries. Please refer to the following list of countries for reference. Please email us at customerservice@eljansports.com if you wish to order and your country is not in the list.

Which courier services are you working with?

We mainly work with Xend for Philippine orders and FedEx for international orders.

Please contact sales@eljansports.com if wish to use a different courier for your shipment. We will send you a quotation for the delivery using your preferred courier.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For Philippine orders, the average delivery lead time after your order has been paid is:

LBC:

1-2 business days for Metro Manila and nearby provinces

1-3 business days for Provincial Cities/Towns

Xend:

1-3 business days for Metro Manila and nearby provinces

3-9 business days for Provincial Cities/Towns

For international orders, depending on the country and the shipment method, the delivery lead time may range from 3-10 business days.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number after your order has been shipped. To track your order, please visit the courier’s website and enter your order’s tracking number in the shipment tracker. Please refer to the following links for the shipment trackers:

I haven’t received my order within the estimated delivery date.

Occasionally, shipments are delayed when the courier experiences factors beyond their control. If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery date, please contact us through the email address customerservice@eljansports.com or the phone number (632)990-1658. We will assist you in tracking the status of your order.
