Returns and Exchanges Policy

Eljan Sports stands behind its products 100%. We do all that we can to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. We also do the best that we can to ensure that our products meet the best standards of quality.

 

What is our Returns and Exchange Policy?

We always inspect our deliveries before dispatch to ensure that all the items meet our standards of quality. If you receive damaged items or faulty orders, please notify us immediately for assistance.

In general, we will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of your receipt of the shipment. However, some items may have different policies applicable to the said items. Please refer to the list of exceptions below for more details.

 

Damaged Items or Order Mistakes

We give full refunds or replacements for damaged items or order mistakes (e.g. wrong item sent). Please send us the following requirements to process the refund or replacement:

1)  Proof of purchase (copy of invoice, order number, etc.)

Additional notes for damaged items or order mistakes:

  • We may or may not ask you to return the particular items to us depending on the item and other conditions.
  • Shipping and handling costs for the return and/or replacement will be shouldered by Eljan Sports.
  • It is possible that the replacement item may not be currently available which may cause a delay in the shipment.
  • Please carefully decide when you order; we do not give refunds for good orders.

 

Exchanges

We accept exchanges with the following conditions and requirements:

1)  Item is in good condition and with tags still attached (if applicable)

2)  Item must include its original packaging

3)  Proof of purchase (copy of invoice, order number, etc.)

 

Additional notes for exchanges:

  • Shipping and handling costs for the exchange will be shouldered by the customer.
  • If there is a price difference with the replacement item, the difference will have to be settled before the replacement item could be sent.
  • The dispatch of the replacement item will be processed after we have received the returned item.
  • It is possible that the replacement item may not be currently available which may cause a delay in the shipment.

 

Exceptions

  • Consumables (e.g. cooling sprays) cannot be refunded or exchanged due to their nature.
  • Mouth Guards cannot be refunded or exchanged for hygienic purposes.
  • Damaged or defaced items due to misuse are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Step 1

Please make sure that you clearly state your reason for return and your preferred course of action. If you would like an exchange, please inform us about the exact details of the exchange, including the size and color for the replacement.

We may request information or material (e.g. pictures) from you for additional reference.

 

Step 2

We will contact you regarding the initiation of the refund or exchange process. If applicable, please send the items to be returned or exchanged to the following address:

Step 3

After we have received the returned items, we will contact you regarding the processing of the refund or the dispatch of the replacement.

Please note that depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
